Pesi Agency LLC provides customized, service-based content solutions for creators and businesses.

Because our services may involve time, planning, creative work, editing, strategy, production support, and other work performed specifically for an individual client, refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the applicable engagement.

This Refund Policy is intended to explain how refund requests are handled.

Refund Requests

Customers who believe they are entitled to a refund may contact us at jakimovpetar55@gmail.com.

The request should provide enough information for us to identify the relevant engagement or payment and understand the reason for the request.

We aim to review refund inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.

Services Already Performed

Payments attributable to services that have already been performed, work that has already been delivered, or resources that have already been committed to the applicable engagement are generally not refundable unless otherwise agreed or required under applicable circumstances.

Because Pesi Agency LLC provides customized services, the amount of work already completed may be relevant when determining whether any refund is appropriate.

Work Not Yet Performed

Where a client requests cancellation before all agreed services have been performed, any request relating to the unperformed portion of the engagement may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund eligibility is not automatic and may depend on the applicable agreement, the stage of the work, payments already earned for completed services, and other relevant circumstances.

Dissatisfaction With Results

Pesi Agency LLC does not guarantee specific numbers of views, subscribers, followers, leads, revenue, engagement, or other platform or business outcomes.

Accordingly, failure to achieve a particular performance result does not by itself establish eligibility for a refund where the agreed services have been properly performed.

If there is a concern with the services provided, customers are encouraged to contact us so that the matter can be reviewed.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe that you were charged more than once for the same payment or that a payment was processed incorrectly, contact us at jakimovpetar55@gmail.com.

We will review the available transaction information and address confirmed billing errors as appropriate.

Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned through the payment method or payment channel associated with the original transaction where practicable.

The timing for funds to appear after a refund is processed may depend on the payment provider, financial institution, or payment method involved.

Pesi Agency LLC does not control processing times imposed by third-party financial institutions.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility are separate matters.

Cancelling future services does not automatically entitle a customer to repayment for services already performed, delivered, or otherwise earned before the effective cancellation.
