Overview

This Cancellation Policy explains how clients of Pesi Agency LLC may request cancellation of an ongoing or upcoming service engagement.

Because Pesi Agency LLC provides customized content-related services, cancellation may affect work that is already underway, completed, scheduled, or otherwise committed to the applicable client engagement.

How to Request Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation by contacting Pesi Agency LLC at jakimovpetar55@gmail.com.

The cancellation request should include enough information for us to identify the applicable client engagement.

We will review the request and provide confirmation or additional information where reasonably necessary.

Effective Date of Cancellation

The effective date of a cancellation may depend on the applicable service arrangement and the status of work already in progress.

A cancellation request does not retroactively cancel services that have already been completed, delivered, or performed before cancellation becomes effective.

Any engagement-specific cancellation terms that were separately agreed in writing will continue to apply to that engagement.

Work Already in Progress

Where work has already begun before a cancellation request is received, Pesi Agency LLC may complete, stop, or otherwise address work in progress according to the applicable engagement terms and the circumstances of the cancellation.

Amounts relating to services already performed or work already completed remain subject to the agreed payment terms and Refund Policy.

Future Services

Once a cancellation becomes effective, Pesi Agency LLC will not be expected to perform future services that fall outside work already completed, earned, committed, or otherwise covered by an applicable written agreement.

Clients remain responsible for any charges validly incurred before the effective cancellation date.

Recurring Billing Arrangements

If a specific client engagement includes recurring billing under separately agreed terms, cancellation will apply to future billing according to those terms once the cancellation becomes effective.

Cancellation does not automatically reverse charges that were properly incurred before the effective cancellation date.

Where no recurring billing arrangement has been agreed, this section does not create one.

Refunds Following Cancellation

Cancellation does not automatically qualify a customer for a refund.

Any refund request will be reviewed according to our Refund Policy, taking into account the nature of the services purchased, work already performed or delivered, and any applicable engagement-specific terms.

Client Access and Materials After Cancellation

Following cancellation, the client should not expect continued performance of services or ongoing management activity beyond what was specifically agreed.

Any handling of remaining client materials, deliverables, or access associated with the engagement will depend on the services involved and the applicable circumstances.
